We will customize a home watch plan to fit your needs and your budget. Services include interior and exterior inspections, plant watering, mail check, verification that snow removal is done, thermostat and smoke detector checks, airport transportation and more!
What We OffeR
Pricing Starts At $40 Per Visit For Exterior & Interior Services
Customized Plans are also available. Pricing is for medium sized homes, larger homes may have an increase in pricing. Additional services can be added to any plan. Airport transfer are for customers only.
Exterior Inspections/Services Include
- Entire perimeter check to insure gates/fences/sheds/windows are secure.
- Removal of any door hangers, junk mail, fliers & newspapers. Mail brought inside.
- Safety - check all windows & doors and make certain no signs of forced entry.
- Check for structural damage to siding, roofs & gutters.
- Ensure snow removal is properly maintained by your contractor.
- Check landscaping for ice damage.
- During summer months, water gardens/flowers and check that landscaping contractor is properly maintaining the lawn.
- Additional inspections/services can be added upon request.
Interior Inspections/Services Include
- Smoke /CO detectors are in working order.
- Thermostat temperature is appropriate.
- Water all interior plants per specifications.
- Verify AC/Furnace and hot water heater are working properly.
- Check electrical panel to make sure all breakers are on.
- Inspection of ceilings and walls for any water damage.
- If water is on - run all faucets, showers, tubs & flush all toilets.
- Check to make sure all refrigerators and freezers are working properly.
- Check garage for any pests or rodents.
- Start any cars to insure battery is maintained while you're away.
- Additional inspections/services can be added upon request.
Additional Services (Additional Cost)
- Airport Transport - Large SUV can accommodate up to 4 passengers with luggage.
- Light grocery shopping.
- Accepting deliveries.
- Giving entry to your home for services or contractors (additional hourly fee for sitting in home while contractors are working)
- Emergency Service - we are available to respond if needed for an emergency alarm or police activity involving your home.
